The Pharmacist appointed will be a member of the team providing a pharmaceutical service to the Western Trust. He/ She will work as a specialist clinical pharmacist focusing on the optimal use of antimicrobial agents in secondary care.

Applicants must have an M Pharm degree or equivalent AND A minimum of 3 years post registration experience in Pharmacy
AND
Be a member of the Pharmaceutical Society of N.I. or be eligible to register
AND
Post graduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy or enrol on the course within one year of taking up post
AND
Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of NI as a non-medical prescriber or will register within 2 years of starting the post
AND
Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport approved by the Trust which will permit them to carry out the duties of the post
This is a clinical role, applicants must have be Access NI checked and training will be provided.
